Ted Menard
Never give this man, Keith Shay any money for any product. He is a common thief, and has not produced a build for the lest 2 individuals that gave him money. One just received a default judgement for $86,000.00 form the court in Washington, I am still trying to collect the $10,000.00 I loaned the company, which Keith Shay used to pay some scammer for a "international" loan. He is also going to have to pay another customer, David Fletcher for failing to complete his project, which Mr. Fletcher paid $40,0000. to RTR Exotics/Keith Shay.
This is a very bad person that continues to take money for work and never finishes. He is also all over the internet trying to hustle investors for money. Just be careful when dealing with him for any reason. Read the "Rip-off Report" on RTR Exotics/Keith Shay, or the one posted by "David Fletcher"
