In all Fairness. Truthfully it's Zero 🌟's.
Now More Absolute Truth. Anyone who has ever worked with John Kuhlmann or had him do any work for them will say Exactly Verbatim what I am going to tell you. So my information is totally creditable, so don't worry.
John is Only a Sleezy Realitor, with No Contractor's License, is Not Bonded and Not Certified.
John Not only is a horrible businessman, he is completely Unreliable and same goes for his subcontractors. You won't ever receive what you paid for. John is a Con-Artist and a Criminal with a smug smile. Whenever John tells you something Don't Ever Trust it always double, triple and quad-druple check everything. Ask Immediately for all documentation in writing of what John says. Don't Trust John's word. There is always at least a 99.9% chance John lied to you. John is the truly the worst person you will probably come across in your lifetime. When it comes to being able to fully commit to anything, communicate with you, have any knowledge what so ever. John won't!! John Never honors his contracts that he signs with you. John walks away after at about 75% of the job, stealing your $$ and Never returns to finish. The work John does do is Not Professional Grade and Not Legal. You MUST Document Everything!! Nothing passes the City Inspector and John can Not prove that it has. You want ALL Documentation!! John is Never thorough and he will screw you over at every opportunity. You will need to hire a lawyer. So Simply, Don't hire John!
