I met them at a Highland Games festival in Pleasanton, CA. They had a larg vendor booth, and their products were well laid out. There were lots of people/patrons walking around, and some people buying things. There was a man and a woman or two as the employees. The very curvy woman always seemed pleasant and cheerful, and willing to help any costumer. She didn't know the specifics of the items I was getting, but quickly got the man in the booth to answer my questions. I bought a sword, but it had clips attached to the shealth, and I wanted in hanging straight down,or otherwise out of other peoples way. He told me what I would need, and offered to get it for me if I wanted; which I did. He quickly came back with a baldric, and even demonstrated how to wear it. Basically, very pleasant business experience. Couldn't ask for much more. They are very willing to answer questions, and give immediate service. There was a second woman that was the cashier, and she even warned me that my card will show an AZ charge on it, even though we were in CA. Thanks for the heads up!
