I've been a loyal customer of Willow Bend Automotive for over 10 years, but recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. The quality of service has significantly declined. I've had to return multiple times for the same issue, resulting in extra expenses that shouldn't have been necessary if the initial job was done correctly.
To make matters worse, the manager's knowledge and communication seem unreliable. There were instances when he attempted to charge us for services we had recently completed with them. This inconsistency in service and communication has eroded our trust in this establishment.
It's disheartening to say that, although we used to recommend Willow Bend Automotive to friends, we can no longer do so. The quality and reliability of service that kept us coming back for a decade is no longer present. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, but for now, we cannot trust or return to a place that has served us so well in the past but has lost its way.
