I purchased a new home in Everett, WA and the builder had used NW Security & Sound to install a home security system. If the builder trusted in Rick and his company to have the security system's installed prior to me buying it, then I trusted his judgement. After moving in, I called and spoke with Rick and he had one of his employees come out to activate my security system. Being a single woman living in a new state, I felt so safe and secure having a security system. While he was there we talked about my interest in having a home theater and full home sound system installed. Trusting in my builder paid off as I had Rick come out to give me a quote on a home theater and full house sound system installation. The entire system, customer service and support from Rick and his team was phenomenal. I absolutely LOVED it. We subscribe to NW Security & Sound for protection for our home. We have their wireless monitored sytem and are very glad that we have it. A few months ago our house was broken into and the 'perps' only had a few minutes to do damage. Since then we have had Rick add another alarm with strobe light and their technician did a very professional job and in a timely manor and the price was as quoted.
