I purchased a new home in Everett, WA and the builder had used NW Security & Sound to install a home security system. If the builder trusted in Rick and his company to have the security system's installed prior to me buying it, then I trusted his judgement.
After moving in, I called and spoke with Rick and he had one of his employees come out to activate my security system. Being a single woman living in a new state, I felt so safe and secure having a security system. While he was there we talked about my interest in having a home theater and full home sound system installed. Trusting in my builder paid off as I had Rick come out to give me a quote on a home theater and full house sound system installation.
The entire system, customer service and support from Rick and his team was phenomenal. I absolutely LOVED it. In fact as soon as Rick had everything set up, I sat and cried out of pure joy after years of dreaming about having a system like what NW Security & Sound had installed in my home.
Rick is the best, don't consider anyone else if you are in the Seattle area for a security system or a sound system of your dreams.
I ended up selling my home a year later due to a job transfer and 1 year later still have yet to find a company that can meet my expectations that Rick and NW Security & Sound set back in WA to install my home theater system.

NW Security and Sound came out the following day for an estimate, as compared to a week plus wait with other companies. Rick gave us a competitive bid, broken down line item by line item as to what he would suggest and there was no pressure to purchase everything that was recommended. This company has superb customer service, from the owner to the office staff and right on to the technicians. It truly was a no brainer to go with them.
