The WCC has extensive experience helping people reduce the negative effects of life's stressors while restoring balance in their lives. This ranges from addressing interpersonal issues (family, marital, colleagues, peers) to life-cycle issues (marriage, having children, loss of a loved one) to the demands of being a caregiver (caring for aging parents, siblings, typically developing children, young/adult children who have developmental disabilities).
