Somatic Trauma Resolution therapy (STR) is different from traditional talk therapy and focuses on healing the nervous system where trauma is stored. Trauma is not a disorder of the mind but a dis regulation of the nervous system when a person has felt threatened or overwhelmed. This modality is relatively short term and can save you years of therapy or medication. I am available in person or for people out of the area I can work over SKYPE or phone.
