DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! My complaint is the roofing company hired to replace our roof and make very minor repairs involved with hail damage and their unwillingness to complete the job. We hired Colorado Exteriors at the beginning of August and it’s almost November and they are still not done completing the job. I understand supply line issues and weather, but this is absolutely ridiculous that this job is taking this long for them to complete. Especially when we need a painter for only an HOUR of work! First it took a month to get them out, then they completed putting on the new roof in ONE DAY(in the process trashing our house). Now, we need a painter out here for about an hour of work, but due to backlog and weather, etc., we cannot get the job completed. Every time I call for an update is either “We’ll get somebody out in the next few days” (nobody shows up) or “I tell so and so to call you.” I feel it could be related to the damages(that they said they would pay for) they caused when replacing our roof, now they don’t want to deal with us. The constant “passing the buck “, “it’s not my problem attitude” is extremely frustrating. I just want this company done with the rest of my work that is required, so I can be rid of them. Do not hire this company if you want the job completed in a timely manner and your house NOT trashed in the process.
