Terry Loerch and I started talking after he overheard me having some issues with my insurance company and the difficulties I was having finding help and compassion from the staff I was talking to. Terry didn't even know me and he walked over to me and said, how can I help you? I told him what can you do for me, you don't even know me. He then stated that he understands the difficult process of being classified as disabled and he was where I was at many years ago. He then stressed to me things will get better and it's just a process of new discovery and I should look at it as a new frontier of exploring my limits. He then told me about his start up nonprofit and how he would like to personally help me get on the right track and show me it's not the end but the beginning of a new life. Thank you thank you, He put his company aside to help me. I wouldn't be this happy if it wasn't for Accessibility, inc. aka Terry Loerch
