The CEO of the company has let greed get in the way of taking care of clients. He has resorted to hiring family members and family friends with no training, experience or certifications but will work for much less that certified technicians. He will then send them into the field with no supervision for emergency and maintenance work that will result in nothing getting done or worse, detriment to industrial facilities. Then a certified technician will have to go to site to clean up the mess or actually fix the issue. The company however will bill both of the employees at the same rate to the client but pay the inexperienced employee very little. To the companies benefit the inexperienced employees normally more than double the time on site to resolve a problem so its profitable. This mistreatment of clients and experienced employees has resulted in Third Evolution no longer employing any certified technicians; Contrary to what their website indicates. In addition the CEO has now claimed that the company has an incredible AI engine. As a former employee of over 8 years though I have yet to see this AI every applied to anything or demonstrated. In fact I was berated because I would not actively participate in lies to clients saying that I had seen this AI work and would not endorse it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
