In 2009, when these issues began, he started a quest to design a pillow that would allow him to sleep through the night and not wake up with his arms and hands numb from lack of circulation. Through research, he found that millions of people have the same problem whether they have diabetes or not. In layman's terms It is basically, in part, a matter of pressure on the nerves pathways and /or arteries. His mission took him beyond creating a better pillow.
