Yesterday, Wednesday 1/11/12, I observed the Early Bird Transportation Van driving erratically down 12th avenue in Nampa. The lady driving was talking on her cell phone and gestering with her other hand in the air, leaving no hands on the wheel. This went on for over a mile until she pulled off into a parking lot.
