Where people come to fully express their authentic self through dance and playful community We are a Dance collective in Ithaca that offers a unique dance experience, where you can let go into your most authentic movement in the moment and live into a moving meditation. Combining Different forms of expressive movement from the larger dance community such as Journey Dance, 5 rhythms, Nia, Yoga Dance, Authentic Movement and more,you can expect to leave an AOM class feeling awakened to spirit and connected to the community of dancers that show up. Our classes are open to EVERYBODY, with or with out experience in dance.
