I was told it would be a $150 fee for our session at Woodloch but not told that we would have to pay for each individual file or photo we wanted after that (or otherwise pay another $296 for all of the files). It was a bright afternoon so many photos were washed out - I would have appreciated the photographer acknowledging this and suggesting trying other perspectives to get better shots. We had a large group and she could have done a much better job situating us because many of the group shots just looked awkward. I was hard pressed to find a few good ones that we liked, and now I'm paying over $200 for 6 photos. It's not even worth getting the gallery because most shots are bad. The photographer was very nice but I wish she had made more effort. And the owner should've been up front about the cost when I inquired. Had I known it was actually over $400, I would have chosen a private company for my parents' anniversary photos (not associated with the hotel).
