This company has OUTSTANDING SERVICE. They say what they will do and they do what they say they will do. I sent in my Zumo 450 GPS unit for repair. It had both software and hardware problems and was not useable. I sent the unit in with a problem description. About 4 days later I received and e-mail describing what needed to be done to the unit and the pricing for the repairs. I received the repaired unit back about 10 days from the time I sent it in. The unit is like new and even retained my favorites information. The pricing was very very reasonable. I would recommend anyone needing electronic repairs go to Short Tronics first before buying new or sending elsewhere for repairs. They truly are a great repair facility. Harold

Steve short President of Short Tronics and his company are simply the best in customer care. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for repair service to their PDA, Iphone, GPS etc. I think their service, their care, their handling of the problem is superb. I trust them all the way.

This company is the best in electronics repair. They know their job and they don't waste your time. I sent in my Garmin GPS for repairs, it was not charging or picking up the traffic signals,and it came back faster than expected and working as if I just bought it. I strongly recommend Short Tronics.
