The barbecue sauce is everything it claims to be, slight vinegar base, tangy, sweet and spicy. Its provides everything one could ask for in a sauce, I always choose it over any other and I can stand a lot of HOT SAUCE, however this sauce is mellow and has such a good flavor I don't want to mess with it and ruin its wonderful flavor. Its just great, try it and you have to agree. BP
