I researched some property management companies in the Cincinnati area and contacted this place, as the site looked nice and the company seemed to be well run. I was interested in property management for my nice 4 family buildings that are practically right next to each other. I requested information on a Tuesday, stating that I would get a call back from a lady the next day. Unfortunately, I was driving and was unable to jot down any names. I called back Thursday, having not hear anything, got an apology for the lack of response. The lady assured me that I would get a call the next day, Friday, and I was put on the lady's calendar for 4:30pm. Never received a call. From this terrible service, I would NOT recommend this company to ANY landlords.
