LIES. This company misrepresents itself when looking for employees. They claim to be a local whole sale distributor but truthfully they send young men out to solicit people at shopping centers and strip malls to buy random odd merchandise (coloring books, stun guns and kitchen knives) I like the other went in for an interview looking for employment and was given vague information. I couldn't not figure it out until I went in for an "observation day" (basically to see what the job was and if I wanted to actually do it). Me and a fellow trainee were driven 20 mins away from the office location to a WalMart parking lot in Mesquite without warning and were expected to stay and "work" the parking lot from 11 am to 6 pm in 90 degree weather. I ended up having to call a friend to get a rid to get back to my vehicle. I was beyond floored of the lack of professionalism and lack in information. I respect anyone trying to earn an honest job but I am a professional and do not like people who misrepresent them selves. If you interview for this company,I highly suggest you ask alot of detail questions about the job. There is no excuse for a company to not be able to give you some specific detail of the job you are applying ahead of time.

I recently went in for an interview with this company and I was astounded literally at how well the whole experience was efficiently handled from start to finish..the owner himself conducted each interview and his overall tenacity and generosity was very delightful indeed,even if I don't get the job I still give the folks at AL DISTRIBUTION the thumbs up for their well deserved efforts and care. I wasn't to sure about this job because it is direct sales. I had never done anything in that line of work before. I needed a job so I gave it a try. BEST JOB EVER. I'm a peoples persons so I love that I get to interact with potential customers all day. I'm not in a stuffy building sitting at a desk all day. I get to go out and mingo. I've been working for AL for about 4 months now and i'm making at least $100 a day. Yes this job does take dedication to perfect the craft but I've moved up to team leader and i'm now training others. I never thought this would be me. My family is proud of me and i'm proud of myself. This company gave me a chance to grow up and become the person I always wanted to be. Thank you AL for this chance in life. I'm grateful and happy to say this job has turned into a career and I can truly say I've grown up over this past summer. The sky is the limit from here on out.
