I called and left James a message regarding damage to the siding and insulation from a chain saw at my property at 2420 Bay Grove Rd in Freeport. It has been about 5 days and haven't heard from him. My neighborwas present when the young man accidently struck the bldg with the chain saw, he told Eloise he would report the damage. Th e young man told her he had only been working for you folks for a few weeks? If I don't hear from you soon, I may have to dispute the charges with my credit card company or file acomplaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Eager Beaver Tree Service removed a Pine Tree from our back yard that had been struck by lightening. They removed the tree but damaged the yard with heavy equipment. When we called and told the owner he said they shouldn't have done that and that someone would be by to fix it. We called and they said "oh they came and fixed it" They never showed at all. So the owner came by and acted like they had. If anyone knows us in the neighborhood we take very good care of our yard and since it has been raining so much mowing has been difficult. I would not advise anyone to use this company. They do less than average work and don't stand by their shotty work
