Services to assist those who can no longer handle there own financial or legal affairs. I am a Texas State Notary Public and a Certified National Notary Public. The services my company include are one of a Fiduciary Service. When a Client can no longer handle his/her financial business it is necessary for a third part to interveen and assist in setting up a bank account that no one can get to except the Fiduciary and a trust family member who will take over the duty of paying the bills for the person who has been declared legally unable to do so. There are so many people out there who need and require this service. My company is there for them.
