I had a very GREAT experience with this company. The owner was very open minded when redesigning our home. The home was damanged by a house fire the ICS team came in and gave my husband and me something we weren't expecting.... Our Dream Home. Tim added amenities, because he felt as though it was what the house needed. The company's design team created the perfect layout for us and now we have a cozy and spatious home. There were open lines of communication throughout the project and weekly updates. The workmanship speaks volumes, every area of the home received undivided attention. Professionalism and courtesy was maintained by all staff. The Business Office staff handled all of the insurance issues and relieved us from the burden of scheduling inspections and awaiting results. ICS provided services as though we were right next door, even though our property location was 1 hr 15 minutes North of the ICS office, we received expedited services. We are grateful that we hired ICS to rebuild our home not only did we build a professional relationship a long lasting friendship has now been formed. The telephone call I received from Tim Miller on December 16, 2013 is one I will always remember..."Call the moving truck...." I highly recommend ICS for your construction needs.
