We are conveniently located in the beautiful city of Coeur d'Alene and close to Hayden and Post Falls. Unlike "cookie cutter" gyms, we are small enough to give personal attention to every member and big enough to accommodate all your fitness needs. We have 15 group classes a week and growing. We are open from 5am to 10pm Mon - Fri and 7am - 7pm Sat and Sun. Our prices are better than competitive. Come and enjoy our friendly environment.
