Dishonest Company Sales Rep promised to set us up with DirectTV and Centerylink internet for about 90$ - Did not tell us we would get two separate bills. They installed the DirectTV on the previous provider’s line and no one ever called me to let me know the internet they promised was not available. After numerous calls – the home office has stopped taking my calls. The sales rep did call me back to scream at me and call me a liar. My previous company is charging me fees as they had to re-set up everything and DirectTV is going to send one of there techs out to fix the situation – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY worst experience with a company ever and endless hours spent trying to fix this situation.

Don't trust their sales reps! They don't deliver what they promise. We were told we would get everything Directv offered for 2years at $58.99. Don't trust their sales reps! They don't deliver what they promise. We were told we would get everything Directv offered for 2years at $58.99. We asked for it in writing and got a watered-down version but were promised it was everything. Our bill jumped to $130.99 after 3 months, the HBO, Showtime, Starz were removed and the rep won't or can't get it resolved. He'd prefer for us to try and call Directv and work it out, which isn't happening. They didn't make the contract and C2C can't back it up. Buyer beware!
