Be Careful. I went to see a 2 level home in Mayfield Village, Ohio, that Mary Ackley owns, at the end of November, 2011, and then found out by the previous tenants who were living on the lower level, that the interior entry light that Mary Ackley had told me, when she showed me the unit, was for my use only which is on my electric, was, in reality also used by the first floor tenants. Mary Ackley then responded with: "I didn't tell you because I didn't think it was a big deal." and than, "I didn't know it was on your electric, I just guessed because the light switch is in your unit." and than, "I need you to allow the first floor tenants to also use that light." Next, not only did the first floor tenants not secure the main entry door, either did Mary Ackley, stating that she must have turned the dead bolt top lock the wrong way. She recently had the entry door wide opened, after the first floor tenants moved out, because, from what I saw, Dominion Gas Company was coming over in regards to the 1st floor tenants that had just left. I happened to come home before Dominion arrived and saw the main entry door wide opened and no one in the driveway. Dominion pulled in and then Mary Ackley. Next, I took a few cold showers because Mary Ackley kept the level of the hot water tank on its lowest level of heating, even after I told her about it. My hot water tank was only accessible by the 1st floor tenants because they are the only ones that had access through their basement.
