Ben O'Connell with Splash Pools & Spas was a complete NIGHTMARE! Do not deal with this man wherever you find him. He destroyed our property while installing a pool we unfortunately purchased from him. He will take your hard earned money and run. He ignores his customer and calls them complainers. Check the BBB-he has been REVOKED and has a big fat "F". He will put you and your family through hell. Then laugh at you. We sued him and finally won. Feel free to contact us if you need proof of damages. Any of the others out there suing. We'll gladly testify for you. Looks like Splash Pools was closed at 1063 E Third St Williamsport, PA.This is just not a complaint. Its the truth.Buyer BEWARE!!! We don't want to see anyone else be destroyed by Ben O'Connell.
