Don't expect a damage deposit return from this company. I spent $1100 on my damage deposit. Spent hours and hours thoroughly cleaning my apt and they took my entire refund. Claimed it cost them $1050 for cleaning, $500 for repairs and $300 for supplies. It's all lies! They are greedy, money hungry ppl who do not care about you as a tenant. Worst experience I've ever had with a landlord. Jeni Schultz ruined my child's Christmas this year!
