As an agency contracting with New York state's Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), we provide Medicaid Service Coordination, Community Habilitation, and Respite services in the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We also subcontract with Bridges to Health (B2H) agencies in NYC to provide direct-care services to children with special needs in foster care.
