When you do your check in as a seller, MAKE SURE YOU WITNESS THEM DOCUMENTING IT! After being a long time good customer, both as a buyer and seller, recommending them to my friends, and having my son wrote up a school paper on the owners for career day, I was very disappointed to find out that my items had been sold to “cover costs” and would not be made available to me because I had allegedly failed to check in as required by contract. Even if that were true I should have been due a little extra considerations as such. After pointing out all of that and after a somewhat hostile exchange the owners refused to refund the money. In short, want to sell it on eBay? Do it yourself, it's not too hard!.
