Frank is great! I've dealt with him a number of times, and he's very personable and nice. His prices are incredibly competitive, especially for custom designs. He also works with the customer as best as possible to fit their needs. In addition, the fact that he can do so much regarding flagpoles is a big plus - repair and maintenance, installation, he can pretty much do it all. I highly recommend Frank if you're looking just to order flags or for more flagpole work.
