We have been going to Jon at Jon's Auto since he opened his shop and I still can't believe how lucky we were to find him. He is so kind, so nice, and so good at what he does. He always tells me what is best for me, not what will get him the most money. After finding the problem our conversation usually goes something like this: "For problem A we could use new parts and it would cost this much, or used parts it would cost this much. For problem B we have to use new parts, which is this much. Problem C isn't a big deal and won't affect the driveability of the car--if it was mine I wouldn't replace it." I trust him with my cars completely. He makes my experience so easy with a comfortable waiting room or a loaner car if I can't wait around. ABSOLUTELY recommend Jon's Auto!
