I called to talk to the supervisor about some issues we have been having with a specific driver. He did not allow me to talk to finish explaining the reason I was calling. He kept putting me on hold on the middle of my sentences. Therefore, I was not able to correct my information. I finally had to ask him to please allow me to talk to explain my concerns. I explained I know certain things are out of their control but certain things should not be being said to developmentally disabled clients. I also tried explaining how the drivers role is so much more important then just simple transportation and how it impacts their clients life. He was very ignorant and defensive. As a supervisor he should be listening to the complaint in it's entirety, asking clarifying questions, and look into the issue. When I brought up that I will now be documenting and reporting every issue he told me they will no longer be providing services for my sister in-law. What a perfect scapegoat to get out of being in trouble with MTM. I highly do not recommend this transportation service because of their apparent lack of integrity and accountability.

Was a driver for this nondependable company. Drove one client several times and collected cash which the boss didn't want anyone to know about. Drove many miles to large metro areas, bought a few refreshments for financially strapped clients, treated clients professionally and respectfully. Then after several months I received a text message to return company issued equipment and no one from management shared a valid reason for termination, but the owner cursed at me, threatened me with trespassing if I didn't leave right then. He told me I wasn't allowed on the property anymore. Well, they didn't give me a termination check, so I had to call to inquire about payment due to me. I was shocked to learn that I had to go the office, on the banned property to get my check as they wouldn't mail it to me. The owner greeted me and didn't know why I was terminated. This company appears to be unjust and noncaring about their employees. Yesterday, almost a year later, I called and was forced to leave a message concerning advertised vacancies. Was rudely disregarded twice and was informed that there were no vacancies. A to B Services is still googled at a previous location in Burley. The ad reads "permanently closed". This company is not concerned about helping the community, I feel that they only care about the revenue no matter how they they can get it. Don't trust A to B Services; they don't trust you, but they will use you! M. Clark PS, They aren't a member of the BBB, wonder why??
