I am a fan of Beyond Basics and the quality of work that they do. One thing is very clear, based on the work that I have seen performed by the--staff of Beyond Basics Cleaning Service -- they take enormous pride in what they do and their residential cleaning service is 2nd to none. I was amazed at how thoroughly clean my son's apartment was after Ms. Norwood and her staff cleaned it. There is no comparison to their work and the work of other cleaning services that I have employed to clean my son's apartment. Ms Norwood has provided excellent service and even been willing to provide extra service, such as cleaning the refrigerator, and replacing shelf paper in cabinets of my son's apartment that I have requested. There is simply a quality of excellence that is hard to be matched by anyone, in my opinion. The kind of attention to detail and the initiative taken in going "beyond" the normal house cleaning service is mind boggling. I continue to be thoroughly impressed, after many cleaning services that she has provided. My son has mental health issues, and is not the cleanest person in the world, and she has continued to provide the best cleaning service with the utmost respect and dignity afforded him. Thank you Ms. Norwood for the pride that you take in what you do.
