I have used Michaels Plumbing for a number of years. Their technicians are always polite and knowledgeable. Just last week I had a young man out here to change my hot water heater out. He was so nice and cleaned up everything after he was finished. The price was exactly as I was quoted the previous day and he had me up and running in no time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

My son and daughter-in-law used Michaels Plumbing for several of their rental properties and were always pleased with their work. When my disposal went our yesterday they told me to call them. Normally my son would take care of these things for me but since they were going to be out of town I decided to take a chance. The plumber they sent out was so nice and polite and very honest. He pushed the reset button on the bottom of the disposer and within a minute it was back on and working. He could have told me that my disposal was bad and taken me for a couple hundred dollars - but he didn't. When I asked him why, he just stated that he has a grandma and he was only treating me like he would want his grandma treated. What a sweet boy! Good job Michaels for hiring such a great technician and great job to this boys parents! They don't make em like this so often nowadays.
