They installed a hip roof extension on my house and now it leaks, and when it does it leaks into my house because the pitch on the beams are towards the house instead of away. I talked to the owner Alvin Reihl and he said he would check scheduling to come look at the problem. After no reply after three days I called him back and he sounded annoyed that I called saying again that he would check scheduling an call me. After a week still no response to phone calls or messages. Beware of this company.
