Echelon Property Group is a terrible management company. We have sent emails asking for an explanation of the "professional" cleaning charges taken out of our deposit and over a month later they still ignore us. It makes no sense to have to beg for an explanation for such a long time. Especially when we have video proof the charges are not valid. Beware of this property management company, they charge you for whatever they want when you move out even showing proof the charges are incorrect and they ignore you when you ask for an explanation of the charges. Had you just answered our questions or responded we would have let this go, but to ignore someone for over a month? It is not about the money, it is that you outright chose to just ignore us because that is the kind of company you are.
