I had a terrible experience with direct seafood a few weeks ago i purchased a 2lb.shrimp frozen 31to 40ct.once we thawed it smelled tertible, had black specs on tails, so i right away went their website and explained details, i never got a response back, after 3 times, gave up and then called, left 4 messages on seperate occasions, no response, i then mailed a formal letter detailed including receipt, and it came back undeliverable, i found a different city in wa. And diffeerent zip and re mailed, still no response. Its very obvious that nobody gives a damn at direct seafood. Im going to contact berkotsfoods and assasoiated grocery inc.warehouse and their buyers, also bbb. In wa. Regarding this shady co.
