I had Cunningham Concrete Services pour a floor and driveway to an outbuilding garage. There is excessive cracking in the floor to the point of pieces of the floor now coming loose. Water is getting under all five garage doors due to the floor not being level and allowing the door seal to work. There is a terrible "dusting" problem with the driveway due to poor workmanship and improper finishing of the surface. Brad Cunningham was the person involved on these jobs. I have contacted Brad about the issues and had about five appointments for Brad to come back and inspect the problems cancelled by Brad. Brad finally looked at the issues and said he would get back to me. It has been four weeks now and Brad is not returning my calls or texts. I selected Cunningham Concrete because I wanted a true cement company to do the work. Big mistake. I understand things can happen but there is no excuse for not returning calls or standing behind their work. I do not recommend Cunningham Concrete Services for any job.
