Tracy Page is the WORST APPRAISER anywhere, I mean she sucks at appraising

I have worked with Tracy professionally for many years. She always goes the extra mile to make transactions smooth. She will walk the borrowers around the property (for government loans) and explain to them what items need to be taken care of so they can start working on them right away. She is always quick to respond and goes out for final inspections on short notice. She is a true professional and takes pride in her work. She is an asset to the Real Estate community in Cheyenne and Laramie County.
