This business owner is unreliable and flat out lied to my contractor on multiple occasions. Multiple appointments were set up. The contractor waited for Ray to show up and he no showed for every pre arranged appointment. Ray would not call back my contractor after multiple phone calls. My job has ground to a screeching halt. Four other contractors have been forced to reschedule due to Ray's inability to follow through. After painstaking work, my contractor was finally able to locate another texture company who assures him that they will arrive as promised. Based on my experience with this company and Ray, I would NEVER recommend using this shoddy outfit.
