Fair pricing and OK results. Problem with finishing details (doors do not shut properly, noticeably two shades of white used on ceiling, old calk used around sink that was improperly attached to wall, never sanded wood calk before sealing wood, print and boot prints on wood that was clear coated, an more). Has not finished one project for which he was hired. Works outside scope of work: screws other women even though he is married and a pastor. Will lie and deceive as if second nature.
