Closed-door, personal training, aerobics, dance classes, weight loss, health enhancement, increase muscle and flexibility. CPR/AED certification. Esta McIntyre is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with an advanced cert in Corrective Exercise. My Health Studio is a unique fitness location offering one-on-one closed-door personal fitness training as well as aerobics and dance classes including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Just Move 4 Life, 20/20/20, Cardio Hip Hop, Bellydancing and more. No contracts. The fee for group classes is $10 (can be less based on package pricing). The first class is always free! We offer a sprung, maple floor for joint protection. We care about every client - personal training or class attendee. We offer Take Shape for Life weight release products, bodybugg, EFI Gravity, InBody 230 body composition and more. We work to keep our prices affordable. A weight has been lifted!
