But I need to tell you this Mr. Noria your customer service is very poor, very unprofessional, and is not only coming from you is also coming from your employee also. I still take my shoe to your place, but decided to go only when your wife is there, I really like how she takes care of your customer's and how she approaches to me when I go. I'm very sorry that I cannot write an excellent review of your business, because your work is awesome, but your customer service is very poor, inappropriate and disrespectful. Keep something in mine, your business will grow from your reviews, if us as customers keep writing wrong reviews about your business. I have been coming here basically since he open his business. At first I need to say that the owner look like those unfriendly people, but after coming a couple of times, and getting to know the person, notice that I was wrong, his actually very friendly, and need to admit that his work is spectacular, he has done miracles to my shoes, especially those expensive shoes I took him that my puppy chew. I brought them to Vic and he told me that he was able to fix them for $25.00, I was so blessed that he was able to fix my $750 shoes for such great price, I was so pleased and happy with the results. I recommend the place, there's no other place like this one, take your shoes here and don't judge the person because of their appearance, his a very friendly and fun person to talk with....
