I have had very good experiences here. The staff worked with us wonderfully and made us feel so welcome. The appointments we've had for Pointe fittings went very well and we never felt rushed. Every time an effort was made to find THE perfect fit and shoe. That they keep updated and trained in fitting made me feel secure that my daughter would get a personal fit for her foot, dance needs, and style. They rotate their stock and never sell older shoes, so the shoes lasted well and the glue held, until she wore them completely out. (Older stock Pointe shoes are mismatched and sold as memento/art pieces to hang up.) Shoes and other dance needs represent a hefty investment, and I feel confident going to Releve Dancewear- much better than mail order, they keep sizes and style on file for your next visit, and the customer service can't be beat! They are also very involved in the dance community and with their patrons- offering contests, special occasions, and announcements through their awesome web site.
