When karen did not ship right away as any professional and proficient business would I wrote her and told her to ship or refund my money. She then began massaging me instead. I received 9 nasty messages telling me how she can take 3 days before she has to move! What arrogance! I was going to refuse the package but decided that I just want to be rid of this Karen so I accepted the package which took 10 days to arrive!!! So if you need tackle in a hurry for a tournament do NOT choose this one!!!
