DO NOT rent from this evil man! He will suck you dry from your money and raise the rent whenever he pleases. He also has a master key and will let himself in the house within 2 knocks. So you basically have NO privacy whatsoever. There are also a bunch of hoodlum kids that like to make trouble and have no consideration of the vehicles parked around. Save yourself!!!! Run as far away as possible from this monster!!!!!!!!!!
