Johnson Construction & Consulting (JC&C) offers consulting services which include creating and managing the City of Seattle Inclusion Plans and providing assistance in meeting WMBE participation goals. JC&C also provides Project Management support to subcontractors, which include bidding, labor management, planning, coordination and schedule development. JC&C offers General Contractors and Owners assistance developing bid package strategies to meet small and disadvantaged business goals. JC&C offers years of experience planning and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, Commissioning planning, scheduling and Lean Construction planning.
