Unfortunately, I feel like we got scammed which really is a bummer when you are a nonprofit. The first visit they fixed some parts that were broken to help the air conditioner work. It worked for one day. Then the next technician said another thing and fixed that. The third one said the refrigerant was out and needed to be recharged. After that we announced to our team that the air conditioner was fixed. Two days pass and it occurs to me that they did not look for or try to identify a leak in the system. We were taken for quite a bit and as a struggling cat rescue, all I can say is you have to watch yourself out there because this is exactly what will happen if you are not careful. Now we need to find out how to fix the leak and recharge the refrigerant again. That is money that could have fixed up a sick cat or a stray cat. Money that could have purchased more cat food or litter. Strongly do not recommend.
