I have been a patient of Dr. M for about 12-years, his personality and bedside maner are certainly above average, although are not overly important to me. I am a Martial Arts Instructor for a living, so my primary concern was that I would recieve quality care and that I was given realistic expectations prior to my surgery. I was made aware of any and all risks and I wasgiven a very realistic prognosis. I feel that I was given al of the informatiom needed to make my decision. I was originally injured in a car accident in 2000 and required 4 seperate surgeries along with additional pain management procedures. As soon as I recovered from my final surgery (a 2-level fusion @ L4/5 & L5/S1)I was virtually pain and symptom free, I was told that anyone who has 4 spinal surgeries should not expect to be 100% pain free and that was reasonable to me. After almost 3-years of living my "normal" life again at what I would say has been 95% pain free, I was in another car accident, herniating another 4-disks in 2 seperate areas of my spine I was once again sent for a surgical consult and without giving it a second thought, I called Dr. Marsicano amd will be seeing him in the next week or two. I can move forward with any recommended treatments or surgeries much more comfortably having already experienced 4 completely successful surgerieswith Dr. M, I am completely ceettain that he is Dr. that can fix my current injuries. I reccommend Dr. Marsicano with 100% confidence.
