Bob holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, and is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of health-related law and legislative issues. Prior to joining Bianco Professional Association, Bob was the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Nurses Association and a Constituent Member of the American Nurses Association. He has participated in biomedical research with the Louisiana State University Medical Center Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Additionally, Bob is experienced in hospital administration, outpatient rehabilitation, and ambulatory services. Currently, Bob is chairman of the Merrimack Planning Board, an Adjunct Faculty Member at New Hampshire Technical Institute, a member of the Merrimack Rotary Club, and a member of the New Hampshire Healthcare Association's education committee. Bob has also held positions on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Center of Nursing, a non-profit organization focusing on finding solutions to the shortage of nurses in the state, and the Merrimack PTA, Kindergarten, and Preschool Board of Directors. Bob holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law.
